Since the first purchase of small quantities of high-strength stud bolt /thread rods two years ago, the German customer through a series of small orders to test the water, the quality of our products, product prices, contract performance and service capabilities to do a multi-faceted investigation. During this visit, the German customer delegation went deep into the production line of our factory, and made a detailed inspection of every link from the raw materials into the warehouse to the finished products out of the warehouse. They spoke highly of our advanced production equipment, fully automatic heat treatment line, strict quality control management process and perfect quality traceability system. Especially after witnessing every step of the product from design to production, the customer representatives said that such a production process not only ensures the stable quality of the product, but also reflects our extreme attitude towards the pursuit of quality.
The highlight of the visit was the in-depth negotiation on the 2025 framework order. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the two sides carried out in-depth discussions and exchanges on key issues such as market demand, product planning, delivery date and so on. The customer said that after two years of co-operation and the site visit, they are full of confidence in the strength and potential of JM Hardware®, and look forward to working with us to create more brilliant results in the future.
