JM Hardware® is honoured to welcome an old Mexico customer this week, who has been working with us for 8 years. During this visit, the customer made a comprehensive inspection of our production line and spoke highly of our products and services.

After visiting our production facilities and testing equipment, the customer highly recognised our production process and quality control system. Customers said they finally understood why we could achieve the satisfactory result of zero complaint about quality during 8 years. In particular, they praised our efforts in ensuring product quality and traceability, as well as our high regard for customer needs. Customers said that this was one of the main reasons why they chose to cooperate with us on a long-term basis.

Satisfied with the quality and performance of our custom nuts,castle nuts,coupling nuts and  metal lock nut. The customer mentioned the problems they had previously encountered when working with other Chinese suppliers, such as substandard dimensions, substandard performance and packaging problems. These problems led to unnecessary rework and returns, which affected their production process and customer relationships.

During this meeting, the customer expressed great surprise when they saw the oversized cold header that we are so proud of. They pointed out that this meant that products that would otherwise be produced by red forging could be produced by cold heading in our factory, resulting in higher productivity, lower costs, and a more aesthetically pleasing product appearance. This technological advantage further strengthens our leading position in the industry, bringing our customers more choices and better quality products.

Customers said that their companies need to import nut products with strict quality control, and hope to increase their cooperation with us. In addition to nuts, they also said they would consider purchasing other fasteners,such as special bolt, special screw, special washerand stamping parts from us.
