On 9 October 2023 JM Hardware® welcomed a valued Bulgarian customer who has been working with us for eight years. The customer has been purchasing off-standard fasteners and off-standard electronic assemblies that we have developed for her.
On November 26, JM Hardware® welcomed a potential customer from Russia for an in-depth factory visit and technical discussion. Our General Manager, Ms. Xarella, and Sales Director, Ms. Luciana, warmly received the guest and provided a comprehensive introduction to our production capabilities, quality systems, and engineering services.
Last Friday, JM Hardware® celebrated a momentous occasion as three dedicated employees marked significant milestones in their careers. The event was a testament to the company's commitment to recognizing and valuing the contributions of its team members.
In the morning of 25th February, we had a meeting in office with one of our customer from Israel. We confirmed the packing details for the previous order and mainly discussed about the new items to be started soon.

One of our old customers from Uruguay who have cooperated with us for many years were come to visited us for the first time, we discussed the previously orders products, and also discussed to expand further cooperation, this is what we wanted, we are very glad that the customer expressed the unexpected harvest of this meeting and hoped to expand further cooperation with us.
