FAQ For Sales | JM Hardware®

Q1. What is your MOQ for processing? Any mould fee? Is the mould fee refunded?

A. MOQ for non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons acc. to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
B. MOQ for stamping parts : Depending on the degree of difficulty and dimensions of the parts. We will charge mould fee and refund it when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
C. MOQ for turning parts is 100 pieces, charging no mould fee. But if you need samples confirming, charging the sample fee, and refund it when make the order.


Q2. I have compared the prices offered by several factories, why some prices are high and some very low?

A. Each factory practices its own processing mode. Although the processing equipment is almost the same, the workmanship and sense of responsibilities vary greatly. Cost performance cannot be simply decided according to prices or scale. Any products without good quality and service are one-off deal and do not last for long. The price offered by JM is not affected by other manufacturers. JM emphasizes high-quality products only, and receives every customer with the fastest speed and the warmest services, in order to make customers become our regulars.


Q3. What is the payment term?

A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C at sight.


Q4. What's trade terms can JM use?

A.EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF can be used for the global customers. JM has exported products to the United States for over a decade, and provides DDU and DDP for American customers.


Q5. What is your delivery time?

A: 15-30 days for samples, 25-50 days for mass production.


Q6. What are your package standards?

A. The goods in a small capacity are packaged in cartons, and the goods in a large capacity are packaged in cartons with wooden pallets.


Q7. Can you provide C/O,Form A?

A. This is not a problem at all. It's easy for us.


Q8. Do you accept the use of our logo?

A. If you have a large quantity, we absolutely accept OEM.


Q9. What is your mode of transport?

A. The goods in a small quantity are usually mailed via TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and other courier companies recommended by you. The goods in a large quantity are usually delivered by sea or by air.


Q10. How do you deliver the goods?

A: We have our shipping agent, who can deliver the goods at a competitive price in a very short period, or you can deliver the goods through your own agents.


Q11. How do I get samples?

A: If you need, we are willing to provide you with free samples for the standard parts. New customers are expected to pay courier fees, which will be deducted in the payment for the official orders.


Q12. What is your main export country?

A: Countries in North America, South America, Europe
