Product Introduction
Hastelloy B-2 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with significant resistance to reducing environments, such as hydrogen chloride gas and sulfuric, acetic and phosphoric acids. Hastelloy B2 provides resistance to pure sulfuric acid and a number of non-oxidizing acids. The alloy should not be used in oxidizing media or where oxidizing contaminants are available in reducing media. Premature failure may occur if alloy B2 is used where iron or copper is present in a system containing hydrochloric acid.
Industry users like the resistance to a wide range of organic acids and the resistance to chloride-induced stress-corrosion cracking.
Hastelloy B2 resists the formation of grain boundary carbide precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition. The heat-affected weld zones have reduced precipitation of carbides and other phases to ensure uniform corrosion resistance.
Alloy B2 also has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

First part control
After the mold assembly is completed, we conduct a thorough inspection of the first production part and make detailed records. Only qualified first parts can be released to start mass production. This step ensures that the quality of the product meets the standard at the beginning.

Self-inspection by workers during mass production
In the mass production process, we require the workers of each machine to carry out self-inspection every hour. If any substandard product is found, we will immediately pick or scrap the production within this hour until the problem is solved and meets the standard of conformity, and then we can continue the production. This self-inspection mechanism helps to find and solve problems in time during the production process.

QC inspection during mass production
In addition, every two hours, the quality inspection personnel will carry out random inspection on the products of each machine. Only qualified products can continue to flow into the next production stage. Finished product control
Finally, after each batch of finished product is made, we conduct random inspections in proportion to the order.
