Hastelloy C22 alloy, UNS N06022, has better overall corrosion resistance in oxidizing corrosives than C-276 and Inconel 625 alloys due to the higher chromium content. More specifically, C22 fasteners provides better protection when used in certain saturated wet chlorine environments. In addition, its high chromium content provides C22 fasteners much better resistance to oxidizing media that C276. This provides it exceptional resistance to chloride-induced pitting although, in most cases because of its availability, C-276 fasteners are a more cost-effective option. Hastelloy C22 fasteners also offer outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, as well as stress corrosion cracking. Use of C22 fasteners should be limited to temperatures below 1250° F. This alloy has limited availability and can be made into fastener in larger diameters only (1/2" and greater in size).

Product Introduction
Hastelloy C-22 is a versatile Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy with better comprehensive corrosion resistance performance than other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, including Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C4 and Inconel 625. Hastelloy C-22 has a outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has a excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine , mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chloride ions. Hastelloy C22 also offers optimum resistance to environments oxidiic conditions. With these feature, Hastelloy C22 can be used in hostile conditions. Hastelloy C-22 also has exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments, such as ferric and cupric chlorides, chlorine, hot contaminated solutions (organic and inorganic), formic and acetic acids, acetic anhydride, and seawater and brine solutions. It resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition.

First part control
After the mold assembly is completed, we conduct a thorough inspection of the first production part and make detailed records. Only qualified first parts can be released to start mass production. This step ensures that the quality of the product meets the standard at the beginning.

Self-inspection by workers during mass production
In the mass production process, we require the workers of each machine to carry out self-inspection every hour. If any substandard product is found, we will immediately pick or scrap the production within this hour until the problem is solved and meets the standard of conformity, and then we can continue the production. This self-inspection mechanism helps to find and solve problems in time during the production process.

QC inspection during mass production
In addition, every two hours, the quality inspection personnel will carry out random inspection on the products of each machine. Only qualified products can continue to flow into the next production stage. Finished product control
Finally, after each batch of finished product is made, we conduct random inspections in proportion to the order. Qualified products will be packaged and put into storage, while unqualified products will be returned for further analysis and rectification.
